Outdoor Adventure Club

Outdoor Adventure Club is a group at the Neighborhood Academy that seeks to cultivate the adventurous spirit of our student body by offering excursions throughout the year to a wide array of activities. From horseback riding at Slippery Rock University, exploring caves in the Laurel Highlands or fishing, hiking, and bird watching with the Southwestern Pennsylvania Audubon Society, the OAC exists to allow for experiences that might not otherwise be easily accessible.

We look forward to partnering with the Outdoor Inclusion Coalition to allow our students to have access to the necessary equipment to begin embarking on overnight/camping activities for the 2025-2026 school year.
