• Plan, coordinate, and implement all college-related activities in grades 6-12
• Work with students and families to develop a four year college graduation plan tailored to each student
• Partner with students to secure financial assistance, scholarships, and paid internships to afford the cost of a college education
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to deepen opportunities for TNA students
• Develop and execute a plan for each student to graduate from college in four years
• Navigate short term needs and gaps, issues with life changing, long term implications
• Provide workforce development skills and opportunities
• Connect students with corporations for interviews, summer internships and career opportunities
• Offer networking opportunities with TNA donors and friends from colleges where our TNA students attend

• To rely on a financially stable source of annual funds now, and each year to come
• To offer improved benefits, and support faculty professional development opportunities
• To invest in TNA’s infrastructure to ensure the campus remains a safe environment for students, faculty, and the overall community
• To ensure that regular and deferred maintenance repairs are made on a timely basis and do not represent a claim against the school’s operating budget.
